ALDA D&I Benchmarking Summary and Next Steps  

ALDA’s first Diversity & Inclusion Benchmarking survey received responses from 45 member companies and included representation data on ~265,000 employees. Companies who participated in the survey received the full report and a deep dive into the data earlier this year. On Monday, September 20 at 11:00 AM Eastern, ALDA will host a webinar for all members to hear about the survey results and walk through our soon-to-be-released Executive Summary. Pearl Meyer, our partners in conducting the survey, will share this data with attendees followed by the chair of ALDA’s DEI Task Force, Dan Shine with Thermo Fisher Scientific, discussing what steps ALDA plans to take next, including our next version of this survey.
