Our members have questions about the next stages of back-to-work, and how vaccines play into decisions our members are making. How are companies discussing vaccination options with employees? Is anyone considering mandating vaccinations? Are companies considering incentives for those employees who get vaccinated? There doesn’t seem to be a clear consensus or blueprint, Because of this, ALDA wants to reconvene our Collaborative to talk about this very relevant topic.
